Refund policy for Pakistani ecommerce landing page services by Mansoor Habib: advance payment, two options, two revisions, and no refunds after work starts.

This Refund Policy applies to landing page, website, ecommerce page, WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, Wix, audit, redesign, and related digital service work provided by Mansoor Habib.
Advance payment required
Payment must be made in advance before work starts. Work begins only after the agreed payment, project details, and required material are received.
Two design/options
For applicable landing page or design work, I will create two initial options or directions where agreed in the project scope. The client can choose one direction to move forward.
Two revisions included
Two reasonable revisions are included after the selected direction or page draft is shared. Revisions must stay within the agreed project scope.
- Changing text, sections, spacing, layout adjustments, colors, images, or CTA wording can count as revisions.
- New pages, new products, new funnels, new platform setup, extra features, or major scope changes are not included unless agreed separately.
No refunds
All payments are non-refundable once payment is made and work has started. This is because digital strategy, planning, design, copy, development, setup, and time are service-based work and cannot be returned like a physical product.
Client responsibility
The client is responsible for providing correct product details, prices, images, claims, delivery terms, return/exchange terms, login/access details, and approvals on time. Delays in providing material may delay delivery.
Scope changes
If the client asks for work beyond the agreed scope, additional charges may apply. This includes extra pages, extra revisions, new designs, platform changes, product upload work, integrations, tracking, copywriting beyond scope, or major redesign requests.
Final approval
Once the final work is approved, delivered, uploaded, or handed over, any additional changes may be treated as new paid work unless they are minor corrections agreed within the revision window.
